This new product is probably the best improvement to conservatories in years, the LivinRoof will give you an affordable extension that can transform your home and the new high insulation design gives you a conservatory that can be used all year round, it can be installed onto existing windows or with new installations so if you are looking to build a new conservatory, extension or replacing an old conservatory this has to be seriously considered.
The roof is constructed using the original structurally tested Classic Conservatory roof system and over 1.5 million of these have been installed throughout the country so you can be sure you are receiving a roof with an enviable reputation for quality and strength.
Externally the roof is finished with insulated aluminium panels finished in grey RAL 7016 which are strong, robust and thermally efficient. You can insert glass panels in almost any position you want to maximise the amount of natural light entering the room.
Internally the roof is constructed using 115mm of Kingspan insulated panels finished internally with foil backed plaster board. All LivnRoofs come with the LivinRoom perimeter ceiling as standard this gives you the effect of a vaulted ceiling and a perfect place to insert your spot lights or speakers, should you not like the look of the vaulted ceiling there is an option for a suspended ceiling so you can keep the ceiling height the same as your house.
Depending on the amount of glass inserted into this roof this product can give you an overall U value of 0.19 which will provide you with a warm room that can be used throughout the year and meet the requirements for building regulations.
It can be installed onto standard white windows or the windows can be coloured to match and to complete the look we can also install the Cornice which hides the guttering enhancing the modern contemporary features of the roof.
The roof is all prefabricated so it is quick and easy to install on site reducing the disruption and time on site which gives you a fast and easy way to build a contemporary extension to your home.
