Composite Aluminium Windows
The composite window is our most popular product to be supplied and installed in to numerous schools, offices, hospitals, universities and residential properties.
Specification:
The composite window combines all the advantages of aluminium: light, strong and resistant to warping, rot and rust externally. Internally the system is sleeved with PVCu for maximum insulation giving a warm touch and minimal maintenance.
Styles:
Composite windows are available in a number of styles and configurations including casement, tilt and turn and fully reversible, with heavy-duty profiles to meet the designs of larger screens.
Colour:
Our composite windows advantage of dual colour is easily achieved by polyester powdercoating a RAL colour externally with a constant white finish internally - useful for interior decorating.
Georgian:
With a Georgian over bar adhered to the external pane of the glass combined with integral Georgian bars to the double glazed unit, replication of individual pane Georgian windows is achieved making this window one of the leaders in the market.
Material Specification:
The window system is designed to comply with BS4873 1986 - specification for Alloy windows. Aluminium is extruded to BS1474 - specification for wrought Aluminium and Aluminium alloys for general engineering purposes - using 6063 T6 Alloy. The Pvcu is multichambered and extruded from high-grade window material.
Polyamide Aluminium Windows
Polyamide thermally broken windows offer slim, curved profiles and combined with intelligent design completes contempory windows of high strength, long term performance and weather resistance. These windows are commonly supplied and installed to schools, offices, hospitals, universities and residential properties.
Specification:
A series of windows thermally broken by a two part solid urethane plastic which has outstanding impact and heat distortion properties. The thermal barrier prevents the penetration of cold through the frames which reduces condensation forming on inside faces.
Styles:
Windows are available in a number of styles and configurations including casement, tilt and turn, horizontal sliding, vertically sliding and pivot. With in built strength in profiles and manufacturing polyamide windows can achieve large opening vent sizes.
Colour:
Dual colour can achieved by polyester powdercoating external profiles in a RAL colour separate to internal profiles prior to the profile bonding process.
Georgian:
Georgian over bar to achieve replication of individual pane Georgian windows can be achieved with certain profiles when accompanied with Georgian bars integral to the double glazed units.
Material Specification:
The window system is designed to comply with BS4873 1986 - specification for Alloy windows. Aluminium is extruded to BS1474 - specification for wrought Aluminium and Aluminium alloys for general engineering purposes - using 6063 T6 Alloy. The polyamide thermal bridge is extruded from PA6-6 (0.25 FV).
